Holidays - soooo lovely 🙂 @Meowmy . Any plans for the next 2 weeks or so?

My parents are visiting me from interstate. They will be here a few days from 27th Dec. I can't remember how long they will be here for. Nothing planned then. Just chilling with them.

And mum at  the aged care are going out tonight in the hospital bus to look at the Christmas lights

I'm okay @Bow . Just trying to pace myself because I know the end of year/new year is a trigger time for me. So I saw the doc today. I bought some meds from the chemist. Making sure I eat better. Keeping a regular routine during this chaotic time....

All in all, I feel pretty on top of things. You?

I’m sorry this is a difficult time for you @tyme glad that you are able to put things in place to help though and to take care of yourself. 

having a rough day today. Seen my case manager this morning, last appointment for the year. I don’t think she really knows how to support me through this… so I decided to just not say too much. 
my throat/voice is playing up a bit at the moment too. And I’m having a bit of a fibromyalgia flare, in a lot of pain tonight.
