Feels like around 30 in rest of house and outside at 1am @plasmo  slept more of yest and tonight lol.  Back to sleep here

yeh woke up at a crazy time and forced myself out for a walk.

I havent been walking lately @plasmo  yeah go a bit nuts when hot,windows covered etc gets a bit claustrophobic

yeh hot weather broken the habit a bit, usually go every day

not walked in weeks here @plasmo  i do a few and go 'myeh' ..
