@greenpea about drinking lots of water is a balancing job as too much is no good for the kidney either

@StuF   yes i have tachycardia which causes lymphodema in my legs.  my heart doesnt pump the lympathic fluids around my body properly which causes swelling in my legs.    which causes cellulitis.  a few years ago now i had sepsis, pnuemonia, cellulitis and a uti.  I use thick compression stockings and a pump once a day to move the fluids around.
