@Owlunar2 Good luck with the new washer. I hope you get one at a great price that works well
I spent the day stacking shelves, pricing groceries and regretting the decision to wear boots and not sneakers as I was on my feet all day. I can no longer feel my toes!
@Glisten @Oaktree @Patches59 @Healandlove @Jynx hope your hump day went well.

@Glisten apparently I'm going back again next Wednesday.
Back is sore and my toes are numb but it went well.
How are you settling into Bully?

@ENKELI working retail need skate shoes.
If my feet are sore then the rest of me is in pain.
I can’t wait to go to sleep 😴

Whoops - I am sorry - that was my typo - ossuaries and cassowaries are quite different -
A cassowary is a large and beautiful Australia tropical bird and ossuaries are equally scary - a place when ancient bones are stored. Both of these are interesting to me but - I have seen a cassowary in the Melbourne Zoo a long time ago and ossuaries are not something I have seen but - being me - I would like too.
Geez - even typos are interesting

HI @ENKELI
That has to be hard work stacking shelves etc. esp if your boots are not the best footwear for the day.
I hope you can feel your toes now - did you know you would be stacking shelves all day.
Perhaps sneakers would be the best choice - every day - that's would be my choices
All the best today

@Owlunar2 💯 % correct ✅
If you ate a cassowary you could put it’s bones 🦴 in an ossuary 😆
I hope you have a fun day.

Well - I don't know @Glisten if you would want to eat a cassowary - they are Australian natives and therefore protected - and they are wild so the meat would be really gamy - not to my taste at least - though other people might feel okay about it.
And then - as far as I know ossuaries are in Europe - and maybe if someone really wanted to - they could start their own ossuaries for protected birds in Australia - I really believe customs would frown on any exportation of their bones anyway.
But - that is an interesting question - certainly one I never considered before.
btw - the bones in ossuaries are human - I could post a picture of one but that's possibly not a good idea
Rabbits though - they are considered pests in this country - as a child after WW2 I ate a lot of rabbit stew - gamy - not really appetizing - but if anyone is hungry enough - they would eat it.
How interesting this forum can be sometimes
Go for it G

@Owlunar2 I wasn't sure what I'd be doing and not having worked on my feet all day for a very long time I forgot how important good footwear is! I'll definitely be digging out the sneakers for next time.
Hope your Thursday is going well 😊

@Glisten it's been a good few year ears since I worked retail and I didn't know exactly what I'd be doing. Grabbed the boots because they were the first pair of shoes close by!
Sneakers next time. Hope you got a good sleep 😴 xx
