Thanks for asking. It's so cold in Sydney. Keeping myself sane! Work is chaotic but I like it. Things at home are a bit strange. My husband is going through MH issues but to me it's like he doesn't want to be with me anymore. Hard to stop those thoughts.

@Charlie17 its freezing where i am aswell. Love that keeping sane while being on SANE 😂. Chaotic work sounds like a good distraction maybe? That's rough, it's really hard to know when someone is struggling what the underlying issue is. Sending you hugs ❤️.

I'm, well I'm just existing and that's about as good as it gets at the moment. I'm here and I'm surrounded by this community of support which I'm very thankful for ❤️

@tyme @Captain24 below are photos of my lamp. It is supposed to mimic the light of the sun during dark winter days. 

It has different light settings as well as a timer.
