I am having a nice day but it is hot here today. I have a psychiatrist appointment this afternoon.

Hi @Jynx 

What a morning!

Caused by his controlling sister again 

She asked us to help clean MIL ceiling and walls downstairs 

It takes us 30 minutes to get there and it was pouring rain that was so heavy that you could not see in front of us 

Got there and 3/ 4 of the room was done all done her her way again 

7am we left and 9.30 am we were home again,  got snapped at and very quiet for hours for the rest of the day 

Not going to help her again

I have been out in the heat already this morning. Went to an outdoor walking group. It was between 9-10am though so it wasn’t too hot yet. I am now sitting in the aircon but I have to go out in my hot car this arvo. My car’s aircon is broken
