Morning folks
Day 3 of 3 here for work
Roster a bit yucky lately but we are short staffed. It is what it is.
Saw psych last week was good - working on myself when I can. Lots of trauma from childhood. But my resilience and humour has gotten me through it all. This is key.
In the end I am me and that's how it is. Nothing to be ashamed about

Very humid today. Only 620 and already sweating lol

Morning @saturnzoon  just wanted to wish you luck with your eye specialist apt in the city today. And another Dr apt this arvo. Busy day. 39C for you yesterday?  Yuk,  way too hot. It was 35C and humid where I am,  and same expected today and tomorrow. Much cooler from Wednesday thankfully.

I hear you mention diamond painting. I do diamond painting too, something I can get quite engrossed in.

Sorry on disappearing, I have had a busy and full on last few days.

I was working and done Mental Health First Aid and wow, that was confronting and triggering, so I've been surfing and clearing my head.

crisp packet..?    I call them ,   wish chips.   You make a wish when you get one...
