Not bad @outlander. Had my car serviced & it's in good nick for its age. Do that's good.

And my support worker was here for a couple of hours. She helped me fold my washing, and change my cupboards around.

Did you have a procedure today?

yeah i did, i had some nerve blocks done in my foot in hopes it might help me walk again properly but was more like torture then helpful
