Why are you concerned?  

Since that incident that occurred I've felt more down on me and more not myself.   Makes me feel worthless hopeless person 

I have family issues also happening,  

I feel like I've failed you. Because things happen  not every member will understand 

I'm so down on myself   I've felt more off a loser and pathetic worthless person,    I tired to cry myself to sleep last night but I could sleep

I'm concerned because you've shared that you've been feeling suicidal lately and that makes me worry about your safety. Do you feel like the forums have been helping lately, or have there been any other things that have helped when you've been feeling this way?
