thank you @outlander
look at all of those beautiful hearts....
I have been thinking of you...
not on here as often as I cannot sit for long...
trying to use my ipad is rubbish...
how are things with you....I read your post about gratitude I think it was called...You wrote the list of duties for a farmhand...Well done...Go Outlander....I am sure that you missed some things out that you are not even aware of doing...
Caring for your pop...You did not even mention all of the sibling looking after at last minute notice either..
Hope that your physical issues are diagnosed and you are on a path to recovery..

@outlander Love all of the colours and your efforts..
What a brilliant idea to help the children on an Anzac March...they would have loved you walking tall with them..
my recovery is very slow..only 4 weeks ago tomorrow so am doing better than I thought..
have slipped back a bit energy wise since leaving rehab. I get my own breakfast and lunch...do small walks..around and around the house garden and paddock...have been talking to the cows at the farm next door laugh...they stare and wonder no doubt..
are you having further tests on your stomach? What has happened to your hand?

@Sophia1im on computer so cant do all those colours but will still send some
there wasnt many there, some didnt turn up , hoping for a little bit bigger next yr. on anzac day though they have a huge [arade near us so we are attending that hopefully but im not in it, it more the bigger associated groups not just our little town thingy.
wow has it already been 4 weeks-would seem longer to you of course but i think your doing well! walks and getting things yourself is a really great start. keep up the great work Sophia
im not surprised your tired though, pain is draining at the best of times let alone an extensive surgury as you had.
dont worry we all look crazy talking to animals, i do it with the horses and the adjoining cows and sheep on the property next door. they just stare at me too lol.
they are running any more tests yet, want to work on my hand first though i do wish they would. get it over with, starting with allergy testing then if nothing then the gastroscopy to check further. on constant antacids but that only helps abit. just monitoring and reducing everything to an all bland diet atm. i got my hand caught in a rope wiht my horse, she was being a cow and didnt want to be tied up but wanted the feed on the other side so when she realised sh ecouldn get it she chucked a hissy fit and i was worried so was going to hurt herself so i grabbed the lead but in that state my hand become stuck in it, got hit on the metal pole and jerked around. have broken finger and the 2 joints on that finger, 2 bruised bones, ligament and tendon damage in my finger, palm and wrist and abit of a pinched nerves or something. its bene broken for 3 weeks but the gp had no idea what they were doing and werent listening so went to my reg gp who ordered tests againa and showed these. i went to a hand specialist today as the splint i got from gp was useless. the plan atm is my fingers plastered properly for the next 10 days, go get xrays just before as i can remove the splint for that but only for that then goes back on. check them if not healed then i stay in it, if its ok, then i get into a different splint, for another week or 2 but can remove for showers, then can start physio.
so atm its wait on the break to heal, wear a wrist brace or extra support, give my palm, fingers (not th broken one) and arm all the way to my shoulder a massage dailiy plus a stretch to help with the nerve pain.pain meds as i need them as rest the hand as much as possible. finally one the right track after 3 weeks of being ignored!
how are you feeling today?
