Thanks @tonys
Not sure if it was the movie one @Oaktree its been around a long tiime. I did a version at a Singers Festival that I loved. Slow and mesmerising ...
Growing things, meeting people, using your mind (mahjong or whatever??) and music ... is the way to go. I am going through a learning phase about the people thing ... weary sigh ... but I am enjoying them every chance I get, and making notes to self, when I am not too sure about something ... bit bossy or ... Good Luck with your journey.

Thanks @Appleblossom
I am stepping outside my comfort zone as far as people are concerned. I am really not good at social chit chat. I did enjoy my outing this morning. The challenge of learning a new game was a good one and there is a lot to learn. There are so many different winning combinations. It was so fun. Most of the ladies were a lot older than me and I am not young by any means. I am looking forward to going back in a fortnight. It’s not on next week due to ANZAC day.

Me too ... @Oaktree my yoga in cancelled for ANZAC day.
For a long long time I did not want to do social chit chat. I was grieving and in a lot of trauma, I would cry, or be shaky or so vulnerable I could not speak much, and it was obvious.
Then I had to be able to compartmentalise my truama and grief story to be with formal supports, and not bring it into socialising, but I seem to be up for it this year, and getting better at it, learning to make people laugh. However also being real, as in at the jazz club, I think they guessed I first attended with a support worker and was vulnerable and I then brought in some friends, and am feeling warmth and acceptance. Which tbh I really first felt with a music teacher choir girlfriend and then on here (pretty late in life).
Find your way ...
day by day ... is that a song?? lol

Really pleased that you are finding warmth and acceptance! That is so important! The social thing is hard. I don’t seem to know how to make people laugh but I think that would be a good skill to have.
I have a yoga mat that I won whilst at a step up/step down mental health place. I really should look into some beginner classes. My daughter used to use it to sit on outside so one side of it is a bit stained. I wonder what I could use to clean it up a bit?
