Rosie, thank you for the book title Rosie, sorry for the delay I have been off the forums since my first foray into these forums a week or so back, tending to 'out here" life. Will look this book up and see if I can get it in at the library. I have some understanding of mindfulness having worked with the book Total Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat Zinn and other buddhist and psychology texts that point the way to the here and now. (as opposed to the ther & then - future or past). Appreciate your presence here. thanks for the reply.

I love listening to Jon Kabat Zinn. I listen to audio books.
Is it better in books?
