i actually didn't realise i had made the playlists at first, i like driving with my music loud and upbeat, i always have, so that playlist i have had for a long time and i keep adding awesome songs to it, the calming one i came up with after i realised the upbeat one, could hype me up a fair, bit, and i made it one night while going through my songs and i found the calmer ones helped bring my mood down and focused.
I am glad the note and reminders idea is helping. I would be lost without my reminders and notes... i have to set alarms and reminders for my dr's appointments, otherwise i forget i have them, i started that after i completely missed a psychologist appointment, now when i am making any appointments, i take a couple of minutes to set a reminder there and then.
