Thanks for such a thoughtful reply @Former-Member
You're right about stress. My psychologist has told me my depression and suicidal thoughts peak at times of stress. Funny how you can't see that yourself when you're in it.
I have been working on mindfulness and I joined a gym. Slow and steady.
Getting my meds right will help too.
Thanks for the word cloud tip. Have a lovely Friday 🌻

Hi @outlander thanks for checking in.
It was a good appointment. The last was one was so traumatic, just getting it ALL out, that finally we can start working on things. My GP and psych have been talking and they're thinking I should see a psychiatrist if my meds don't help significantly..
Its going to be a long road I think.
How are your stress levels today? 🌼🌸🌺

Yes, they really can be so trigger. It took me a week to get past the last one, and I really didn't know if I would be ok. Stupid mind.
A few things is still great @outlander, you need to be kind to yourself 🌻
Do you have anything nice to distract you this weekend?

The wind is crazy here too @outlander! I need to have a quiet weekend after the wedding last weekend; I'm exhausted. Hopefully take my daughter to the park and do some cooking/baking, that's about it🌸

Do you have a speciality @outlander?
I'm more of a cook than baker, but I've been trying for my girl.
