Hi I'm Rachel I got a story once apon a time there lived a happy child/girl she was ok 1 minute the next a bipolar mess .i use to be violent but I'm on medicine so now I'm not once I got a sharp object and I nearly hurt myself or my parents with the sharp object I realised that I don't want to be locked away again so I quickly put the sharp object away I don't know I feel like giveing up all the time but every day or every 3rd day but I Rember my parents my psychosis centre nurse everyone will miss me so have you tried hobbies like watching a dvd or talking about calming things or try listen to music like the radio or a ipod ok
