@Oaktree @tyme I know I talk a lot about my oldest sons quirks but I did want to share this funny one from this morning

Kid #1 walks past the kitchen window with a shovel this morning at 7:30
I say what are you doing with that
“just a project dad” and then I hear “Nicki move this does not involve you!”

Can confirm both younger siblings and dog still alive so that’s good
Still got no idea what he was doing because he wouldn’t tell me
Absolutely adamant he was taking shovel to school I said hell no

Sorry, this kid will get somewhere in life. Beneath that Bunnings hat, there's a lot going on.. he just has to find his wilderness to thrive in.

Is he autistic by any chance?

I knew a kid who, as soon as he went anywhere, he took his shoes off. He wanted to feel the ground. And yes, he was autistic.

but yeah maybe the gardening? He just said my project I need it for my project
