Hi,
I have severe treatment resistant depression and anxiety. I have suffered non stop for 14 years now, with many various hospital stays and different drs and psychiatrists.
I need to go to hospital again. I can feel my suicidal ideation and self harm becoming worse again.
I have been usually going to private facilities because I have had a few very bad experiences in the public sector, but because I now have physical disibility which affects my mobility and need for personal care assistance sometimes, the private sector cannot accommodate.
does anyone know of a quality mental health facility they would recommend?? I live in regional nsw so I know im going to have to travel no matter what.
