Exhausted @Appleblossom.  Moving house after “the tempest”, and it’s a job and a half.  So much sorting out and decluttering to do.  Trying not to panic and just take the baby steps to get me there.  Need sleep first …..

Iv had tough times with my Mum - I'm thankful for therapy. This year has been a big learning curve understanding @selfcare.
