@Oh how old is your Grandson@@@Appleblossom ?

@@Is there any difficult times today@@Applenlodsom ? I haven't seen my youngest son for over 2 years. He's going through a crisis - he is 29 and has been having some memories of having that cancer for so many years when he was younger.

Also my Mum interfered by constantly complaining about me.....

I try and be arty and crafty ... Thank you. I feel like any type of art has been knocked out of me because of my upbringing.

Today I just make quilts which I just love love. My poor support worker, I see for 12 hours per week I guess would like very much to go into painting and drawing but I just love quilting.

I somehow missed your question, just stumbled on it now. My grandson is 4. 

Sorry you do not see your son. I read your mother messed up that relationship.

I know how that can happen as my mother messed up my relationship with many people, including my daughter.  I last saw her at mother's funeral 8 years ago.  Sometimes I get to talk to her as she will pick up phone every 2 years maybe. I feel so dumb nowadays. How could I just put up with it.  I knew it was happening and was shocked and betrayed and screaming inside, but what can you do.

Families! Huh! None of us are perfect parents, nobody can be, but all the manipulation that goes on.  

Anyway I grab the good moments I can.  I imagine scenarios and try and create them.

Yes something good happened. I found my glasses that have been missing for a month ... in the garden ... it happens a lot to me ....at least half a dozen times ... it is why I need a few pairs on rotation ... but usually only have one script, the rest are reading glasses as fill ins.... feel ... humourous about it ... nobody is talking about me being demented yet ... gotta be careful at my age.
