Anywhoo......

This is what happened in my life since .....

My husband with schizophrenia unfortunately went very ill and I had to go.

We are divorced but I just cannot let him go with the state laws in our state is so awful with mental ill health so we are best friends and I will always be there for him until he doesn't want me to be. 

Um.......I went back to see my Psychotherapist because ....I began texting his best friend and telling him I loved him every day and after about 4 months we got together. That was 3 and a half years ago. 

THEN.....this is the amazing bit......I got NDIS. Truly fantastic. I have a support worker 12 hours per week and my Psychotherapy is paid for. It's completely changed my life. 

I've gotten fairly plushy....... on the waiting list for a bariatric sleeve and ......I make quilts.

You did. I was thinking maybe @Shaz51 but it wasn't, it was you. 

I found an article on shaking hands. Shaking hands comes from a non-essential tremor. I saw a  neuro someone and she told me this. But it's nice reading an article about it.

My hands shake a lot and sometimes it goes into my whole body.
