@Jynx and @Former-Member I agree with both of you. It’s very likely a serviceable behaviour for me to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Storing energy required for opportunities or unpredictable outcomes.

Yes absolutely based on past trauma events but that’s life.

Also my subconscious running inventory and running program updates. I have learned a LOT of valuable positive mental health and relationship skills over 10 months.

There are so many factors that culminate in something that happens by coincidence.

Thank you both I appreciate the time and thought that you have given to me. I am very grateful and fortunate for what you have done. G
