I'm reaching out because I care. Indulge me or not, my mental crisis seems so trivial at 53yrs of age. I'm struggling at this age, but you out there, are possibly half my age again. My daughter's 31, 28, 23 14yrs. If I'm being honest, I've carried Mental Illness all my life! Escape through masking  it, telling myself it's my problem, adjust! For who!!

there is no triviality in pain and suffering, mjane..

I too have children. 3 of them. Everything to live for, they say. And typically I agree. But then there's 'that'...the mental health thing.

It really can be debilitating!
