All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

Hi,

This may be a long shot, are there any in person groups in Melb inner south or south east?
Or even just a moderated on line peer support space?

Thanks

Hi @Cle0

One of the MHFA  groups may help https://www.mhfa.org.au/

(I don't have personal experience of any)

Hey @Cle0 ,

Welcome to the forums!

Great to have you with us.

This is an online peer support space you are more than welcome to connect with others on.

Also, I have tagged to into our online Sunday Hangout which is a live chat tonight at 7pm AEDT.

We'd love to see you tonight.

Unfortunately, because we are an anonymous forum, we may not be able to direct you to support groups other people already attend in your area.

Re: All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

sorry

Re: All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

You ok @Newworld? What are you sorry for?

Re: All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

PTSD sorry forgot but is this a narcissistic support forum ?

Re: All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

Oh that's okay @Newworld I'm no stranger to brain fog.

It is not specifically a support forum for narcissism, no. However, narcissism would fall under the banner of 'Complex mental health' so you're more than welcome to use this space to talk about stuff related to narcissism!!

Re: All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

Thank you is there a forum called complex mental Heath?

Re: All female identifying emotional/ narcissistic abuse peer support?

Not officially no, @Newworld but that is what SANE is all about - so this forum we're on now is the one I was referring to!

Feel free to make a post if you'd like to kick start a discussion about narcissism. I imagine it's something quite a few of our members would have brushed up against. We've got a How To guide as well as some guidance on making your first post, if you want to learn a little more about how to use the forums and how to kick off a discussion!

If you can't find a particular discussion related to what you want to talk about or get some help with, then you can create your own in that particular space.  I.e., the "Something's not right" space.  Up the top, in the light bluish bar, you will see a black button to start a new discussion.  You are more than welcome to start a discussion on any MH subject you wish here.   If you need any help with it, let us know.  We're more than happy to help you navigate this website.
