Things are not good - my daughter is having an operation on Wednesday - and it's a big deal and I can't see her before that as she will be having a COVID test on Monday morning and her weekend already had the limit of her visitors before I spoke to her late yesterday - we have been talking to each other a lot on the phone lately and she has been even asking my advice - which is unusual - I seem to have been promoted

But yes - I am worried

And I have spoken to my specialist and he can't do a procedure on my shoulder for about 6 weeks - I am on the list if there is a cancellation - and also - I discussed the situation with someone at the clinic and if the pain gets too bad I can get an ambulance to the hospital with the private ED and my specialist can admit me. I may have to take that route and I will not wait until I lose the plot as I did last July - I will get an ambulance before that happens

And my daughter is in the same hospital - and I am not in a hurry to see her there - for all sorts of reasons - I would rather manage at home if I can - 

BlueBay - I can hear what a shit of a time you are having - I don't know what to say except that you will never be happy if you let other people make your decisions for you - like your supervisor is pushing you around and your doctor says not to make any decisions right now and your husband is telling you to keep working - that is not good for anyone. And you really hated your job at the pharmacy too - I am so sorry that your life is so horrible - and you can be a strong and confident woman - women who are strong and confident weren't born that way - 

And remember - Dr Phil has told us and I believe it - what other people think of us is none of our business - if you make your own decisions and carry them out you will be much happier

You are being used by your employers - that's pretty obvious - and that is not a good environment

I have to stop writing - my left should is too painful and I managed to bang my right hand and I have a sore finger - amazing how a small thing like a finger can really throwI'm definitely going to find a hairdresser on Monday a clitch through our plans

Back later everyone - I thank you for your messages and psychologically I am okay - life is an adventure of course and there are bits that I dont like

I have had you on my mind not wanting to constantly ask questions of you and your beautiful daughter. I am so terribly sorry. My heart bleeds for you. 

I am glad you will take the ambulance option if needed. You matter.

and I dont know weather to make a doctor's appt to talk about my stuff as i dont need  anymore stuff xx

I really hope your daughter's operation goes well.  It seems pretty serious, so crossing my fingers things go well.

And also for you, i hope that you can get your shoulder done asap.  It must be horribly painful.

@Owlunar I truly understand how much you have on your plate at the moment and how hard it is to both live with that pain as well as worry about your daughter. 6 weeks is a long time to wait so please get an ambulance to take you to ED if it does get worse. Much love coming your way for both you and your daughter

Awwwww @Owlunar  .... I am so sorry to hear your latest news.  I have been off line for the past week, and only logged on today.  I'm sorry I just dont have a lot of words right now.  But I wanted you to know I have heard you and it saddens me immensely that your daughter needs to go through surgery.  And also that you will be likely waiting for 6 weeks before getting relief from your shoulder pain.  Please do as you suggested and call for an ambulance if your pains gets to the level that you need help.  I hope your daughters operation goes really well on Wednesday. I feel quite heartbroken for you my dear wise friend, and helpless in that there is nothing any of us here can do to help. Love you.
