Building Resilience & "Re-framing" -
Successful achievements (more than I realise) -
I have successfully navigated several major (for me) life-changes, over the past 8 weeks.
Several “safety-nets” or “security-blankets” have been removed (mainly loans & backup finance), which is at first daunting.
Tackling my Divorce (although very scary) – is one of the next essential Goals on the cards.
Staying "in limbo" (nowhere land) as separated for the past 8 years, is not helpful for me.
I will need to source assistance with this.
My psychologist suggested & wanted me to start (or run) my own self-help group - I've done that for several years, in the past.
I don't feel that would meet my needs at present - so anything like that will have to wait.

My work resignation was retracted - due to external pressures, & caving in to other people's wishes.
This has made my position more complicated, less sustainable - & continues the on-going stress.
I'm actually very angry & frustrated - with what appears to be the outcome (so far).
Not the direction that I need to be going in.
Need to distract myself, re-focus, & do self-care (self-sooth).
